Painting of meditating Buddha with 3 birds and mounting behind. Red and purple and gold.

24 “ x 36 “

This painting is to portray the peace and serenity of meditation. The canvas is upright signifying the flow of communication with an upper source. The colors were chosen to represent warmth and there is a gold cast on his face; almost like a divine glow from above. The birds are added to show that all of nature is in tune with this man and they are safe and at peace in his presence. Purple is the complementary (opposite) color on the color wheel from yellow and it is used to provide a contrasting vibrancy and interest to the painting.
